By adding rebar rust inhibitor to concrete, it can promote a layer of oxide passive film mainly consisted of y-Fe2O3 or Fe3O4 on the rebar surface, repair the defects on the rebar surface, make the whole rebar wrapped by a layer of oxide passive film. It has good compactness and stability, prevent the penetration of chloride ions and reduce the free speed of iron ions, so as to achieve the purpose of rust prevention.

Scope of application

◆Reinforced concrete with sea sand or other oxygenated materials as aggregates. And reinforced concrete prepared with low alkali cement.

Construction process

◆This product can be added according to different construction requirements. When adding, the mixing time of concrete shall be appropriately extended.

◆This product is suitable for general cement, special cement and mineral admixtures such as fly ash, slag powder and silica fume, and has good compatibility with common water reducing agents.

◆For concrete works added with this product, mix proportion test must be conducted in advance.

◆This product can play a more effective role in high-quality concrete. It must comply with relevant specifications and design regulations to ensure the quality and compactness of concrete.

◆Trial mixing of concrete shall be carried out before construction. If it has a certain impact on slump loss or setting time, it can be solved by adjusting the content of coagulant or water reducing agent.

◆This product has good compatibility with common water reducing agent, but it should not be mixed with acid water reducing agent.

◆Operators should wear necessary protective measures such as masks and gloves. Waste materials and liquid shall not be discarded at will.
