Underwater structure adhesive

The structural adhesive curing and setting under wet and water conditon can meet the demands of construction quality and progress. The wet structural adhesive includes impregnation adhesive, steel adhesive, steel pouring adhesive, reinforcement planting adhesive, joint pouring adhesive, joint sealing adhesive, etc.

GENERAL

Scope of application

The selection of raw epoxy resin for wet structural adhesive is different. When the relative humidity is more than 90%, the original components can be effectively bonded with the substrate, and the curing time can be guaranteed. Under the special conditions of high humidity, the underwater wet structural adhesive still efficiency.


◆ It is used for reinforcement and reconstruction works such as pasting steel plate, carbon fiber cloth or planting reinforcement of concrete components and masonry components with relative humidity above 90%;

◆ Used for anchoring various load-bearing and non load-bearing bolts, concrete and masonry with relative humidity above 90%;

◆ Used for bonding and defect repair of concrete components, masonry components, wood components and metal components with relative humidity above 90%;

◆ Used for repair and bonding of roads, bridges, tunnels and pipelines with relative humidity above 90%.

FEATURE

Good operability, no delamination, no segregation, good thixotropy, saving glue consumption

It still has ultra-high bonding strength and impact resistance in underwater and humid environment

Good resistance to damp and heat aging, freeze-thaw and medium erosion

Precautions

◆ In the case of sticking steel in the water containing environment on the ground, it is necessary to drain the water and then operate according to the process of sticking steel plate in the ordinary environment, so is the repair

◆ In the case of steel sticking in the completely underwater environment, first polish the shellfish and other things adhered to the concrete surface with the underwater grinder, then mix the colloid on the ground according to the proportion and mix evenly. The diver dived into the water and directly coated it on the concrete surface or steel plate, and the same is true for underwater concrete repair.
