Application
1. Used for waterproofing, anti-corrosion, anti-seepage, moisture-proof and leakage repair projects of internal and external walls, external walls, concrete, basements, pools, water towers, heterosexual roofs, tunnels, toilets, dams and other parts of industrial and civil buildings.
2. Waterproofing, anti-corrosion for civil air defense engineering, underground engineering and water conservancy and power engineering, and waterproof and anticorrosive lining, bonding strengthening, reinforcement treatment, waterproof and anticorrosive lining.
3. The inner and outer walls of the basement, toilets, anti-seepage panels of the dam, channels, aqueducts, bridge decks, ground swimming pools, delivery pools, storehouse of chemical corrosion-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant storage, etc.
4. It can also be used for waterproofing, anti-seepage and anti-corrosion of concrete reservoirs. In addition, this product is used in the crystallization and mother liquor cleaning ponds of the alkali plant, and the inner wall of the steaming tower has excellent anti-corrosion and waterproof effect with this product.
FEATURE
Polyacrylate emulsion is used to make polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar in construction anticorrosion engineering. Polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar, also known as acrylic emulsion mortar, has good adhesion, impermeability, anti-aging and corrosion resistance.
The bonding strength between acrylic emulsion mortar and steel is over one time higher than that of ordinary cement mortar, and 2-4 times higher than that of old mortar.
The crack resistance, carbonization resistance and compactness of acrylic emulsion mortar are significantly improved compared with ordinary cement mortar. Acrylic emulsion mortar has good frost resistance.

Packaging and Storage
The liquid is packed in plastic barrels with 20kg/barrel, 50kg/barrel or 200kg/barrel; the shelf life is 12 months;
The powder is packed in a composite kraft paper bag with 50kg/bag, and the shelf period is 12 months;
This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry room, protected from sunlight, and transported and stored at an ambient temperature of 5-30°C.
Construction of overall surface
◆ 1. Before spreading the polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar, the polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar should be painted firstly, and the painting should be even. When it is dry until it is not sticky, spread the polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar.
◆ 2. The polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar should be divided into strips or staggered in blocks for construction. The area of each block should not be larger than 12 with width not be larger than 1.5m, and the construction interval for repairing joints and staggered sections should not be less than 24h. The joint wood strips or PVC strips of the slope surface should be fixed on the base in advance, after the mortar is applied, the strips can be drawn out. After 24 hours, the reserved seams should be painted with polyacrylate emulsion cement paste, and then polyacrylic acid should be used. Ester emulsion cement mortar is used to repair joints. In the layered construction, the positions of the remaining seams should be staggered with each other.
◆ 3. The polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar is spread and wiped while pressing. It should be smoothed once, and not repeated. When there are bubbles, it should be pierced and compressed, and the surface should be dense.
◆ 4. When constructing on the vertical or upward surface, layered construction should be adopted when the thickness of the pressure wiping surface is greater than 10mm, and the thickness of the layered wiping surface should be 5mm-10mm. When the previous layer is dry with touch, proceed to the next layer.
◆ 5. After the construction of the polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar for 12h-24h, it is advisable to apply a layer of polymer cement slurry on the surface layer.
◆ 6. The mixed polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar should be used up before the initial setting. When there is gel or agglomeration, it should not be used.
◆ 7. After the polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar is applied, when the surface is dry to the touch, it can be cured by spraying or covering with plastic film. The plastic film should be sealed tightly around, and should be wet-cured for 7 days, and then naturally cured for 21 days before it can be used.
Precautions:
◆ 1. The ambient temperature of construction of polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar should be 10°C-35°C. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C, heating and insulation measures should be taken. It is not suitable to apply the product in strong wind, rainy weather or high temperature environment exposed to direct sunlight.
◆ 2. The emulsion of polyacrylate emulsion cement should be stored away from direct sunlight in summer, and it should be prevented from freezing in winter.
◆ 3. Polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar should not be applied on the concrete or cement mortar base with a curing period of less than 3 days.
◆ 4. When applying polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar on a concrete or cement mortar base, the base should be rinsed with clean water first, and it should be kept in a damp state. There should be no water in the base during construction.
◆ 5. When applying polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar on the metal base, the base surface should meet the design requirements, and the uneven parts should be leveled with polymer cement mortar or polymer cement before construction.
◆ 6. Applying should be carried out only after the appropriate construction mix ratio and applying method are determined through tests according to the site conditions.
◆ 7. The machinery and tools used in construction should be cleaned in time.
