Used for carbon fiber strips-concrete composite strengthening system
GENERAL
The carbon fiber board was molded with 12K carbon fiber and epoxy resin via pultrusion, carbon fiber board strength. Its elongation rate (above 1.6%) and many other indicators far exceed the requirements of the national standard, and meet the requirements of high-strength grade I carbon fiber board. The straightness is high (below 1‰ of camber), which is conducive to load transmission and has a good strengthening effect.
Application
Structural strengthening reinforcement of concrete, timber and masonry structures
FEATURE
High strength grade I: All performance indexes meet the requirement of high strength grade I carbon fiber board
High straightness: After forming, it is straight and smooth, the curvature is less than one thousandth, and the strength of carbon fiber is fully exerted.
Various specifications: More than 20 kinds of carbon plate specifications, which can meet different reinforcement needs
Wide carbon plate: The substrate has low leveling requirements, high strength, and can be as wide as the beam, with good reinforcement effect and fast construction efficiency.
Random inspection: The product has Passed safety appraisal, environment-friendly and non-toxic testing and other stringent tests, and random inspections and type inspections can be conducted.
PERFORMANCE
Conventional specifications: width: 50mm, 100mm; thickness: 1.2mm, 1.4mm
Supporting products: carbon board adhesive, repairing and leveling adhesive, sealant
Dry jet wet spinning carbon yarn
