Two-component modified epoxy low-viscosity liquid adhesive for filling the concrete crack

GENERAL

JGN804 crack injection adhesive is a two-component modified epoxy low-viscosity liquid adhesive. It has the characteristics of low viscosity, low heat release, long pot life, and simple perfusion process.


Application

◆ Concrete cracks (0.1~1.5mm) and internal defects (honeycombs, holes) are repaired by grouting.

◆ It is mainly applied to the concrete cracks of the ballastless track via the non-pressure injection method and the low pressure grouting method.

FEATURE

This adhesive has very low viscosity and strong penetration. Thus, it can be injected in micro-cracks with a width of 0.1mm.

This adhesive has good performance in anti-aging and medium resistance (acid, alkali, water).

This adhesive does not contain volatile solvents, and does not shrink when hardened.

This adhesive has excellent toughness and impact resistance after curing.

Construction process

1. Crack inspection: if the size of the crack is above 0.2mm and there is no water seepage on the surface, it can be treated with static potting.

2. Crack treatment: clean up the area that needs construction, chisel off the concrete surface precipitation, ensure that the surface is clean and dry. Clean the shallow surface of the crack and the surface that needs to be sealed with alcohol or acetone.

3. Paste the sealant injection base: the installation sequence of the base is from bottom to top; the plane can start from one side, and the single holes can be installed one by one, while installation distance between the bases is 300mm.

4. Sealing the cracks: use special crack sealant or other anchoring adhesive to seal the cracks that need to be poured, pay attention to fully sealing, and an observation port at the top of the crack is preset.

5. Sealing inspection: check the closed cracks to ensure that there are no leaks.

6. Sealant preparation: prepare the sealant according to the factory-required ratio, and try to prepare the sealant according to quantity needed. Avoid waste.

7. Injection: inhale the prepared sealant into the injector, install the injection device on the base, and carry out sealant injection. The injection time is generally 0.5 to 1 hour. Actually, the injection can be stopped when the sealant cannot come out through the injector and the sealant discharges from the preset observation port. If the sealant in the injector is finished, refilling and reinjection can be conducted.

8. Removing the injector and curing: after injection, the injector should be removed in time, and the base is blocked with a plug. The base and sealing parts can be removed after standing for 12 hours for curing.
