China Elastic concrete

GENERAL

Elastic concrete is an elastic polymer material composed of component A, B, and C. Among them, components A and B are polymer elastic resin and toughening curing agent respectively, and component C is special aggregate.

Application

The elastic concrete is used for the repair of highways and bridge expansion joint protection belts, the rapid repair of tram tracks and railway turnouts, the repair of airport runways, and the rapid repair of potholes and defects in cement or asphalt concrete pavement.

FEATURE

1. Fast curing speed: curing within two hours, traffic can be opened in two to three hours;

2. Excellent bonding performance: it is able to bond steel, concrete, wood, glass and other materials;

3. Strong mechanical performance: the physical and mechanical performance such as compression resistance and bonding are far better than ordinary cement-based grouting;

4. Easy to operate, and just mix evenly according to the reference ratio and then use;

5. Strong anti-aging and medium resistance: it can withstand long-term contact corrosion with acids, alkalis, salts, greases and other chemicals;
