GENERAL
Used for the anti-abrasion protection treatment of concrete surface and the surface sealing treatment of uneven concrete surface, honeycomb surface, air bubbles and other defects. It can also be used for surface sealing treatment of crack grouting. The epoxy mortar has a certain degree of hydrophilicity, so it can be used on both dry and wet surfaces (without visible water), which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of construction and repair.
Application
The main application scope of epoxy grout is the rapid repair of various building defects such as hydraulic engineering, roads, airports, tunnels, bridges, docks, etc., as well as the installation and embedding of roads and sensor equipment.

Construction Process
1) According to the on-site temperature and the particle size of the sand and gravel materials, carry out on-site tests under the guidance of the manufacturer's engineers to determine the appropriate amount of resin and adjust the mixing ratio of each component.
2) The parts to be repaired must be chiseled to a certain depth (the depth of the concrete is required to be greater than 6cm), and the periphery should be cut off vertically. For deeper parts, anchor bars should be buried and steel meshes should be added.
3) First, mix the aggregates evenly. When the amount is large, a powerful concrete mixer should be used.
4) When mixing the resin, according to the ratio of A: B = 3:1 (weight ratio), pour component B into component A and stir for two minutes to make it uniform. The ratio of A:B can also be adjusted according to site needs.
5) Brushing the base liquid: on the parts that need to be repaired, apply a small amount of the prepared resin with a paint brush to the surface. The basal fluid should be thin and wet, and it can also be painted on the wet basal plane.
6) Pour the mixed resin components into the aggregate and stir evenly, and the action should be rapid.
7) Place the mixed resin concrete quickly on the part to be treated, shake and compact, and smooth the surface.
8) The construction tools should be wiped clean with cleaning agent in time.
9) The sand and stone aggregate used for mixing must be dry (the water content should be less than 1%).
