GENERAL

Horizontal Jz-1 is an ultra-early-strength, highly fluid self-leveling, pourable mortar based on cement as basic binder, with high-strength material (quartz sand) as the main aggregate, supplemented with polymer-rubber powder, superplasticizer, early strength agent, expansion agent, anti-segregation and other substances.

Note : It can be used after mixing with water, and 2200KG of dry material is required for pouring 1 cubic meter.


Packaging and Storage

◆ Packed in a composite kraft paper bag, with a net weight of 50 kg/bag, and a shelf life of 12 months.

◆ It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag must be airtight. Pay attention to moisture and freezing.


Application:

Process flow: Cleaning → Basal plane infiltration → Forming → Mixing → Pouring → Curing


A. Basal plane infiltration: 2 to 3 hours before pouring, the basal plane should be fully moistened with water and the visible water should be removed; during winter construction, the basal plane should be fully wetted with warm water not exceeding 65°C before pouring, and the visible water should be removed.


B. Forming: for the cement concrete pavement slab located in the center of the road to be repaired, the surrounding slab edge can be used as a template; for the cement concrete pavement slab to be repaired located at the side of the road, the other three sides can use the surrounding slab edge as a template, and the edges should be supported with stand wood or steel molds, and take measures to prevent grout leakage; for severely damaged parts of the concrete structure, set up a stereotyped formwork and take measures to prevent grout leakage.


C. Mixing: According to the pouring quantity and pouring speed on site, put the fast concrete into the compulsory mortar mixing machine manually. After dry mixing for 10 seconds, weigh it according to the specified amount of water and twice add water for mixing: adding 2/3 water for the first time and mixing for 30 seconds; adding 1/3 water for the second time and mixing with 150s. After mixing, the fast concrete should stand for 2 to 3 minutes, and then pour after the bubbles disappear. During construction in winter, warm water not exceeding 65°C should be used for mixing, and the pouring temperature should be above 10°C.


D. Pouring: use a pouring container to pouring compactly at a slow and uniform speed. The phenomenon of hollowing should be avoided when pouring. After pouring, smooth the top surface of the fast concrete. The fast concrete for each mixing can be available for max 30min, from the beginning of mixing to the end of pouring. Fast concretes that are overtime or whose fluidity does not meet the pouring requirements must not be used.


E. Curing: cover the top surface of the fast concrete with a plastic strip, and then use a straw bag to completely cover the plastic strip to keep it moist. At room temperature, the curing can be terminated after 2 to 3 hours, or whether to terminate the curing can be determined according to the structural strength requirements and the strength test results of the reserved specimens. In winter, insulation measures should be adopted, and the curing period should be appropriately extended.

Precautions

◆ Drinking water should be used for mixing fast concrete.

◆ The appropriate water consumption should be selected in accordance with the product requirements to control the sag and sag expansion.

◆ The template used for the repair of the bridge structure should be a brand new template to ensure a beautiful appearance after removing the mold.

◆ After construction, the tools should be cleaned with water in time for the next use

◆ Rainproof measures should be taken during fast concrete transportation.

◆ The fast concrete should be stored in a cool, dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months, and the expiry fast concrete can be used only after re-inspection is qualified.

◆ When using on site, it is strictly forbidden to mix any admixtures and external admixtures into the fast concrete.
