High-strength, high-adhesion epoxy resin grouting material with good fluidity
GENERAL
EGM-100 epoxy resin grout includes three components, i.e. A (resin), B (hardener) and C (filler). The product uses high-quality resin and refined filler, with 100% solid content. It does not contain volatile substances and other harmful solvents to the human body, etc. It can be used after the three components contained in each group of epoxy resin grout are completely mixed at room temperature without additional ingredients.
Application
1. Secondary grouting installation of high-vibration equipment such as compressors, pumps, presses, grinders, ball mills, etc.
2. Grouting for the equipment foundation area that is susceptible to chemical attack.
3. Grouting in areas that suffering strong pressure such as track foundations, bridge support seats.
4. Strengthening of anchor bolts, steel bar planting and building structure concrete, etc.
5. Using as self-leveling mortar in surfaces such as concrete, stone, steel, and wood boards are used as.
6. The rigid connection of iron, iron tie rods and tie rods.
FEATURE
1. High strength and early strength: it can provide mechanical performance such as compression, bonding, etc. that are much better than that of cement-based materials, and it has higher early strength.
2. Low exothermic peak: it can provide up to 120 minutes (25°C) operation time, and it is suitable for large-volume grouting.
3. No shrinkage: ensure that the grouting layer is in full contact with the bearing surface after the final forming, ensure the high accuracy of equipment installation.
4. Excellent creep resistance: epoxy resin grout can be used for a long time without plastic deformation under the harsh physical conditions of -50°C to +80°C alternating freezing and thawing, vibration and compression, ensuring long-term accuracy of equipment positioning.
5. Excellent toughness: epoxy resin grout can dissolve any dynamic load transmitted by moving equipment that may cause the cement-based grouting layer to burst.
6. Corrosion resistance: it can withstand long-term contact corrosion with acids, alkalis, salts, greases and other chemicals.

Packaging and Storage
1. Epoxy resin grout can be stored for at least 18 months under room temperature and dry conditions.
2. Packaging according to the mix ratio A:B:C=30:10:200
Construction process
1. Preparation
When touching the concrete surface of Egm-100, the surface layer of laitance must be removed and a solid base layer must be exposed, ensure that the grouting surface is clean, dry and free of grease. The outer edge of the concrete joint surface is ground with a 25mm thick chamfered edge to increase the bonding area between the grouting material and the foundation at the edge; the metal surface to be bonded should be free of rust (to meet the smoothness requirements of SSPC-SP6).
2. Mold making
The template must be solid and lapped firmly, and grease, wax, or PVC tape should be applied to the inside to facilitate demolding; in order to facilitate pouring and installation of the grouting funnel, keep a distance of at least 100mm between the grouting side template and the equipment base, and the grouting side template should be over 100mm higher than the base panel of equipment. A oblique wooden line with 25mm-thick and 45-degree was nailed to the grouting level inside the formwork to avoid stress concentration at the edge of the pouring body.
3. Construction temperature
Ambient temperature includes surface and air temperature. In order to obtain the best working condition, it is best to place the material in an environment of 15-25°C for 24 hours before grouting; during construction and the following 24 hours, the environmental temperature should be controlled at 5-32°C, and 20°C is the most appropriate. In summer, avoid constructing at noon, which the temperature is high, and awnings should be built when necessary. When the temperature is low in winter, a warm shed should be built in the grouting area to increase the temperature to ensure that the construction environment temperature is greater than 5°C, and the construction should be at noon.
4. Mixing
1) Use a portable mixer (200-250rpm) to fully mix A (resin) and B (hardener) for about 3 minutes;
2) Add C (filler) into the low-speed and high-power mixer (15-20rpm) to mix it with the mixture of A and B. Stir fully until the aggregate joint is infiltrated, and it will take about 5-10 minutes.
3) In order to ensure the fluidity of the mixture when the temperature is low, the amount of C (filler) can be appropriately reduced (max1/2 material can be reduced).
5. Grouting
1) The grouting should be grouted from one side to the other; it can be squeezed but not shaken during the grouting process to avoid trapped air; when the grouting distance is greater than 1.5m, the high-position funnel method should be used for grouting, assisted by the principle of gravity pressure difference grouting. The grouting work must be completed continuously as soon as possible;
2) The thickness of single grouting is controlled between 25mm and 350mm. When the grouting area exceeds 1.8m ×1.8m, it is necessary to set expansion joint reserved strips in the grouting area; the grouting depth of a single bolt hole can reach 1500mm.
6. Check for compactness
After the grouting is finished, hit the base plate of the equipment with a hammer: a clinking sound indicates that the grout layer is dense, and a booming sound indicates that the grout layer is hollow.
7. Surface finishing and mold removal
After grouting and before the initial setting of EGM100, in order to achieve the beautiful effect, the exposed surface can be polished with a dust knife; after the final setting, the mold can be removed. After the construction is completed, the grouting tool can be washed with water or solvent.
Initial setting: 3h at 18°C; 2h at 25°C; 1.5h at 32°C
Final setting: 72h at 18 setting; 48h at 25°C; 36h at 32°C
8. Construction Safety
The resin part of this product is a low-toxic formula, but it is still slightly irritating. When using it, avoid inhaling a large amount of steam or long-term contact with the skin; when using it, pay attention to wearing the necessary protective equipment and keep the environment ventilated. If the mixture splashes into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
