Two-component modified epoxy adhesive-bonding the CFRP strip to concrete for structural strengtheing
GENERAL
This product is specially developed for dynamic load environment. It is a two-component modified epoxy adhesive with strong adhesion, long pot life and fast strength growth.
Application
The product is mainly used to bonding CFRP to concrete strengthening the structure
FEATURE
The adhesive solidification is not affected by environmental vibration, and it has super strong fatigue strength.
It can withstand 2×106 times of dynamic load fatigue without bonding damage. It has excellent toughness & impact peel strength, excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and good thixotropy.
There is no sagging happening where construction under vibration environment, so it saves labor and materials.
It possesses high resistance to damp, heat, aging, freeze-thaw. All technical indicators meet or exceed the national standard GB50728 (2011), It does not contain harmful substances such as ethylenediamine, etc., and it is safe and non-toxic.
It does not contain volatile harmful solvents and non-reactive diluents, and it does not shrink after curing.

◆ This product is packed in plastic drum; A: 15Kg/drum, B: 5Kg/drum;
◆ Shelf life: 12 months.
Construction process
◆ Concrete surface treatment. Remove all dirt (dust, grease, surface covering) through polishing or other methods until a solid base surface is exposed, and it should be ensured that the base surface is flat. After treatment, use an industrial vacuum cleaner or acetone to clean the surface.
◆ Use a spatula to apply a layer of special adhesive for carbon fiber board with the thickness of 4-5mm on the concrete base surface, and then apply a layer of special adhesive for carbon fiber board with the thickness of 1-2mm on the carbon board. The centerline area is 3mm (The minimum thickness of 2mm should be kept between the carbon board and the concrete surface).
◆ Lightly press the carbon fiber board coated with special adhesive for carbon fiber board to the position to be pasted. Use a rubber roller to compact evenly and smoothly along the fiber direction, so that the resin overflows from both sides. It should be ensured that it is dense and without voids. When pasting multiple carbon fiber boards in parallel, the gap between the two boards should not be less than 5mm. Finally, remove the excess adhesive and clean the edges (the carbon fiber cannot be rolled or dragged on the ground without a protective layer to avoid damage to the carbon fiber board).
