Fast-setting mortar for vertical & overhead concrete repair
GENERAL
Fast-setting mortar is an ultra-early-strength mortar based on cement as basic binder, with high-strength material (quartz sand) as the main aggregate, supplemented with polymer rubber powder, superplasticizer, early strength agent, expansion agent, anti-segregation and other substances.
Application
Be used when vertical and overhead concrete structures become honeycomb, loopholes, cracks, protective layer damage, leakage and other defects.

Packaging and storage
Packed in compound kraft paper bag which net weight 25kg/ bag, stored in a dry and ventilated room the expiration dating is 6 months, insure the bag is sealed and pay attention to moisture.
Construction process
A. Base cleaning: for the original structure of concrete base, with steel wire brush to remove loose material thoroughly, and air compressor to blow the dust.
B. Base surface infiltration: 2~3 hours before repair, fully wet the base surface with water and remove clear water; In winter construction, the base surface should be fully wetted with warm water not exceeding 65℃ and clear water should be removed before repair.
C. Interface processing: Recommended a layer of concrete interface treating agent be evenly coated on the base surface.
Mixing: According to the field repair area and speed, put the repair material manually into the forced mortar mixer with dry mixing 10s, according to the manufacturer's recommended adding water after weighing, divided into two times of water mixing: the first time add 2/3 with mixing 30s, add 1/3 second time and mix 150s. In winter construction, should use warm water below 65℃ with mixing, mixing material temperature should be above 10℃.
E. Repair: Use a tuck-pointer trowel or spatula to layer the repair material, evenly repair the damaged surface smoothly and densely. The time from the beginning of mixing to the end of repairing shall not exceed 30 minutes. Repair materials that exceed time limit or workability does not meet repair requirements shall not be used. After the repair should be immediately sprayed water and wiped flat at first time while not repeatedly wiped. Puncture the bubbles and the surface should be dense. The construction should be layered when the thickness of the facade or top surface is greater than 10mm. The thickness of each layer should be 5 ~ 10mm. The lower layer can be constructed only when the previous layer is touch dry.
F: Curing: After construction, cover the top surface of repair material with plastic strips, then cover it completely with straw bags to keep it wet. Curing temperature should not less than 5℃. 24 hours after the construction, covered with plastic cloth wet curing for 7 days, spray water on the surface regularly if conditions permitted. Heat preservation measures should be adopted in winter, and the curing period should be appropriately extended.
