RG corrosion-resistant epoxy mortar is a solvent free, two-component moisture insensitive, epoxy resin based mortar. Can meet requriement of concrete repair in damp and wet condition.
GENERAL
The product is a two component epoxy mortar, has excellent mechanical performance, strong bonding with concrete and high strength, as well as function of structural strengthening;
Application
◆ For the protection against erosion, abrasion, cavitation and freezing and thawing of the overflow surface of hydraulic structures, as well as the repair after damage;
◆ For defect repair, strengthening and reinforcement of concrete buildings;
◆ For anti-wear and repair of engineering parts such as airstrips, highways, bridges, tunnels, workshops, etc.;
◆ For the protection and repair of acid, alkali and salt corrosion of concrete or metal structural parts of chemical, petroleum, factories, docks, etc.
FEATURE
The consolidation body has high cohesive force and high compressive strength, and it is not restricted by structural shape;
It has strong flexibility and impact resistance, can resist the deformation caused by external force, reduce the internal stress generated by the system, and improve the adaptability of the material;
The coefficient of thermal expansion is close to that of concrete, so it is not easy to separate from these bonded substrates, and it has strong durability;
The product has stable chemical performance, strong corrosion and weather resistance, as well as impermeability, frost resistance, salt resistance, alkali resistance, weak acid corrosion resistance, and strong adhesion to a variety of materials.

Construction process
1. Base surface treatment
Treat the surface of the concrete foundation: remove the milky skin, cement paste surface or loose particles on base surface to expose the solid foundation, and remove surface sand, dust, grease, etc.
2. Material preparation
(1) Check the product packaging, specifications, model, and production date to ensure that the product is within the shelf life specified by the manufacturer.
(2) When mixing the ingredients, first pour the A and B materials into the bucket according to the ratio of 3:1 and mix them evenly.
3. Construction instructions
(1) The prepared adhesive should be used up within 45 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to use mortar that has not been mixed uniformly or is in the initial setting state.
(2) Winter construction: ①When the project has no special requirements for strength growth, the exposed parts should be covered with plastic film and insulation materials in time after construction; the initial curing temperature should not be lower than 5°C. ②When the difference between the surface temperature and the ambient temperature is greater than 20°C, the insulation material should be used for covering and curing. If the ambient temperature is lower than the minimum construction temperature required by the epoxy mortar or the strength growth needs to be accelerated, the artificial heating maintenance method can be adopted; the maintenance measures should comply with the relevant regulations of the current national standard Specification for Winter Construction of Building Engineering JGJ104.
(3) The reference dosage is about 2000kg/m.
