GENERAL

The product has high permeability, strong crack resistance, strong aging resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, and it has good adhesion to various materials.


Application

◆ It is suitable for strengthening of steel wire rope mesh and polymer mortar structure.

◆ It is suitable for all structures with flexible structures, especially for the slabs and beams of reinforced concrete bridges, a representative curved structure of civil construction.

◆ It is suitable for the cracked parts in central part of the bridge pier, the shaft part of the main tower and the highway cement pavement. It has the same system with the previous reinforced concrete structure.

◆ It is suitable for seismic strengthening and reconstruction of reinforced concrete beams, columns, slabs, walls and other structures.

◆ It is suitable for surface repair works when concrete has defects such as honeycombs, loopholes, cracks, protective layer damage, and leaking tendons occur.

◆ Thickening the protective layer, smoothing the uneven surface, repairing the surface of the old concrete, etc., so as to improve the durability of the concrete.

FEATURE

Penetrative polymer modified mortar is composed of two components, i.e. emulsion and inorganic powder. It is a new type of concrete composite material, which not only has the adhesion of polymer materials, but also has the durability of inorganic materials;

The product has high compressive strength, fast curing, good Adhesion performance, good water retention and crack resistance, high alkali resistance and UV resistance. It is easy to operate, and can be used in wet base construction. It is green and environmentally friendly.

The construction steps are simple and convenient, and the durability is synchronized with the concrete. The construction period can be shortened, and the cost-effective can be ensured. The new mortar solves the problem of high temperature and aging resistance of organic materials in the reinforcement application, and the quality is improved.

The product is similar to the conventional concrete, and the permeability polymer mortar with excellent adhesion is used for improving the adhesion and workability of the interface.

The durability of the product is better than the conventional polymer mortar for concrete, and it can also be used in harsh conditions.

Packaging and storage

◆ Package: powder 50kg/bag, emulsion 20kg/bucket, stored in a ventilated and dry place above 5°C and protected from direct sunlight; it should be prevented from freezing in winter.

◆ The shelf life is six months. After the expiry date, it should be re-inspected before being used.

 

Construction process

◆ Substrate treatment: The surface of the grassroots should be smooth, rough, clean, free of oil pollution, free of floating dust, and should not have sand, hollow, cracks, etc. Before construction, use a high-pressure water gun to rinse and keep the substrate in a damp state, but there must be no water. When the interface is bonded, the interface treatment agent for penetrative polymer mortar can be painted in advance.


◆ Hanging the net: according to the design requirements, carry out the cutting of the net, the installation of the pull ring at the end of the steel strand, the drilling, the fixation of the steel strand, and the adjustment and positioning.


◆ Material preparation: the recommended water consumption of RG one-component is 13.0~14.0%. The recommended mixing ratio of RG two-component is: emulsion: powder = 1:7. Epoxy is packaged in accordance with water-based epoxy A: water-based curing agent B: special powder C 20 kg per barrel. Just open the package and stir evenly. The prepared slurry should be used up within 0.5 to 1 hour.


◆ Construction: first, evenly apply polymer mortar primer (powder: emulsion in a weight ratio of 3:1) or concrete interface treatment agent on the surface of the wet concrete substrate, and apply the polymer mortar while brushing. The construction area of penetrative polymer mortar at one time should not be too large, and the construction should be staggered in sections and blocks, with the area of each block not be larger than 10m2. The staggered construction interval should not be less than 24 hours. When applying by layers, the positions of the remaining seams should be staggered with each other.


◆ After the penetrative polymer mortar is spread, carry out spraying with water with pressure and wiping and flattening immediately. Repeated wiping is not proper. It should be pierced when there is air bubbles, and the surface should be dense. When the thickness of the facade or top surface layer is higher than 10mm, the construction shall be layered. The thickness of each layer should be 5~10mm, and the lower layer can be constructed only when the fingers of the previous layer are dry.


◆ Curing: after applying of penetrative polymer mortar, spray curing or covering with straw curtains, sack, etc. should be carried out to keep wet after the surface is dry to the touch. Curing temperature is not lower that 5℃. After 24 hours of applying of penetrative polymer mortar, cover with plastic sheet and damp curing for 7 days. If possible, spray water on the surface regularly.
