Construction process◆The base course shall be flat, solid, clean, dry, free of dust, particles, oil stains and unevenness.◆Detail treatment: seal the pipe root; Internal and external corners, pipe root and other details shall be coated with additional waterproof layer. The internal and external corners are made into a circular arc.◆The waterproof layer should be applied and scraped in several times, with an interval of 10-16h (after the surface is not sticky and the coating has a certain hardness), the application and scraping direction is perpendicular to the previous time, and the amount of coating for each time is 0.5-1.0kg/m2.◆Construction of finish layer: for the facade, in order to increase the bonding force between the finish layer such as face brick and the coating film, the general practice is to sprinkle clean medium sand on the surface of the coating film before it is cured. 48 hours after the completion of the waterproof layer, the finishing layer shall be constructed according to the design requirements.Packaging, storage and transportation20kg/barrel, the original sealed product is stored in a dry and cool environment, and the shelf life of the product is 12 months.
