Precautions
◆The fiber shall be accurately weighed according to the design addition amount and the volume of concrete mixed each time. It is recommended that the addition amount is 0.9-2.0kg/m3.
◆Sand + stone + water.
◆After mixing, samples shall be taken randomly. If the fibers have been evenly dispersed into monofilaments, the concrete can be put into use; If there are still bundles of fibers, the mixing time shall be extended for 30-60s.
◆The construction and curing process of fiber added concrete is exactly the same as that of ordinary concrete. Concrete + fiber (after mixing for 30-60s) + water (after mixing until completion); the fiber can also be added to the water for mixing and dispersion, and then added to the mixer to mix with other materials.
Packaging and storage
Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 10kg/bag; It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room with sealed bags.
